Purchasing GEOSYSTEM Software Packages

GEOSYSTEM programs may be licensed directly from us by:

• Calling +1 970/223-8788. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards and purchase orders from US and Canadian addresses.
  
  
• Alternatively, complete this order form and fax it to +1 970/223-0668. This is the recommended ordering method for overseas clients. (Overseas clients may also opt to order from one of our local dealers listed below.)
  
  

• Overseas clients: please prepay via wire transfer or credit card.

  • For either method, if you do not request a quote beforehand to check the shipping charges, we'll contact you before filling your order to confirm the shipping costs.

Important Licensing Information

License Terms

All of our software is site licensed, meaning that you only need to license a single copy to install on every computer at your office. Unlike our competitors, you do not need to purchase a hardware copyprotection key or network license server. You can install the software on your network for use on computers in your office (wide-area access from computers at a different address is not allowed); in the field use on laptops and temporary field offices is also supported.

Package Discounts

We offer several different package discounts, including loyalty discounts for returning customers, branch discounts for multiple company offices purchasing the same program, and various program bundle prices. If you'd like to receive an exact price for a particular software package, including shipping and taxes (if applicable), please request a quotation prior to purchasing.

Returns

Since we do not copyprotect our software, we have no means of verifying that a returned software package is not still in use. Because of this, we do not accept returns on orders except in the extreme case where the software fails to operate according to the description given in its manual.

If you haven't used a GEOSYSTEM program that you're considering ordering, please try downloading a demo: Demos are fully operational and are identical to the software that you'll get when you place your order, except that they're limited to a 30 day trial period, and you'll be asked for your company name on startup (so that the name can be included on the demo's hardcopy reports). You can enter real data into the demo, and, when you license the software, any data that you've already entered with the demo will still be available.

Logos

If you're purchasing one of our laboratory test programs, you have the option of including your company logo on the report. Please refer to this page for information on the formats and sizes we support.

Shipping Options

All software purchases come with paper manuals and a CD, and are shipped to addresses within the USA via Priority Mail, which can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is via Airmail. Non USA/Canada/Mexico orders are shipped via courier.

Priority Mail/Airmail shipping is free to USA, Canada and Mexico addresses; shipping on international orders is charged to the customer, so please contact us prior to ordering to receive a quotation on the shipping cost. Because shipping to international addresses is so expensive, international customers may opt to simply download the software from our website, burn their own CD and print their own manual from the Adobe .PDF manual installed with the software.

Software Downloads

All of our software is available for immediate downloading after purchase. If you'd like to begin using your software the same day you purchase it, request a download link when ordering.

Custom Boring Log Forms

GEOSYSTEM LOGDRAFT Boring Log Drafting program licensees can receive a free program configuration to duplicate their current boring log form. If you would like to have us set up the program to print your boring log form, fax or e-mail us a copy of the form when you place the order. Please: if at all possible, send us a form that's been filled in with some data, so we can see how you actually present your information (you'd be surprised how many ways there are to report sampler types!).

If your boring log form includes a company logo, please call us for instructions on e-mailing a copy of the logo to us (we cannot scan logos).

Custom Concrete Reports

If you are purchasing the GEOSYSTEM Quality Control - Concrete package, we can customize the software to produce a break report to your specifications. There is a fee for this service; please contact us for a quote.
