Note: this form is only compatible with LOGDRAFT 5. It will not work in LOGDRAFT version 4 or LOGDRAFT III.

To use the form:

• Click on the above download link.  Your browser will ask where you want to place the download: make sure that you place it into the same hard disk subdirectory that holds your LOGDRAFT program (this is usually C:\PROGRAM FILES\GEOSYS or C:\GEOSYS).
  (Vista and Windows 7 users: Save the file to C:\users\public\documents\GEOSYSTEM)
  
  
• Restart the boring log program to complete the installation.
  
  
• Next, start a new project.  Choose "Project" > "Default Data Entry Form" and select ILDOT as your data entry form.

• When you're ready to print, select "Print" > "Reports", select the borings you're looking to print, then click on the "Report Forms" Print Settings tab and click on the ILDOT report form.
