Nebraska Department of Roads Boring Log Form

Note: this form is not compatible with the DOS LOGDRAFT program.

To use the form:

Make sure you've installed the latest LD4 update from this page.
Click on the above download link. Your browser will ask where you want to place the download: make sure that you place it into the same hard disk subdirectory that holds your LOGDRAFT program (this is usually C:\PROGRAM FILES\GEOSYS or C:\GEOSYS).
Restart the boring log program to complete the installation.
Next, start a new project. Choose "Project" > "Default Data Entry Form" and select NE DOR BoreLog as your data entry form.

When you're ready to print, select "Print" > "Reports", select the borings you're looking to print, then click on the "Report Forms" Print Settings tab and click on either the NE DOR BoreLog report form (to print depths entered in feet) or NE DOR BoreLog (metric) report form (to print depths entered in meters).
