New Jersey DOT Forms SO-2 and SO-2M

To use the form:

Make sure you've installed the latest LD4 update from this page.
Click on the above download link. Your browser will ask where you want to place the download: make sure that you place it into the same hard disk subdirectory that holds your LOGDRAFT program (this is usually C:\PROGRAM FILES\GEOSYS or C:\GEOSYS).
Restart the boring log program to complete the installation.
To use the form with LD4: Start LD4 then start a new project. Choose "Project" > "Default Data Entry Form" and select NJDOT as your data entry form.

When you're ready to print, select "Print" > "Reports", select the borings you're looking to print, then click on the "Report Forms" Print Settings tab and click on either the NJDOT (for form SO-2) or NJDOTMET (for form SO-2M) report forms.

NOTE: NJDOTMET must be printed with a vertical scale of 75 cms./cm.
