QC-Concrete Screen Shots
Test results are entered on a report by report basis. Each report may list the testing results for up to 12 specimens. Supported test methods include cylinder breaks, flexural strength tests, mortar cubes and cored and sawed specimens.
The data entry process is highly customizable. Data entry fields may be added, moved around or deleted from the screen.
QC-Concrete also includes a database of mix design information. If you associate a mix design with each test you can use the design information for tracking required strength pass/fail criteria.
You can print testing reports for a single day or week (handy for sending weekly reports to clients) or you can print all of the testing performed for a given project (nice for replacing all of the reports your client just lost.)
QC-Concrete features several styles of concrete break reports.
For a fee GEOSYSTEM Software can custom-design a form to your specifications.
QC-Concrete can be set up to produce a list of tests to be performed on a given day. This list may be passed to the lab and the completed form can be used by data entry personnel to key the results into QC-Concrete.
QC-Concrete also features a set of detailed testing summary reports.
Testing summaries may be produced for all of the samples created with a given mix design, created with a given range of dates, within a range of strengths, slumps, etc. Because of the wide criteria available for selecting lists of tests to be summarized, the facility is ideal for investigating mix performance, batch plant standards, temperature/slump vs. strength variations, etc.
QC-Concrete maintains a per-project distribution list and will print mailing labels or envelopes directly from the addresses entered into the list. |
