Grain Size Distribution

The program also features partial support for ASTM D 2862 (particle size distribution of activated carbon). State DOT standards including Ohio DOT 1004, Virginia Test Method VTM-25. CanSIS 84-027.

Moisture-Density (Proctor)

ASTM D 698, D 1557, D 4718, AASHTO T 99 and T 180, and California Test Method 216.

Classifications Suite

Combined support for grain size distribution and Atterberg limits tests and soil classification. ASTM C 136, D 422, D 1140, D 2487 (USCS classification), AASHTO T-11, T-27 and M-145. Australian Standards 1141.11, 1289.3.1.1, 1289.3.2.1, 1289.3.3.1, 1726. CanSIS 84-027. Burmister and USDA classification systems. LabSuite

Similar to the Classifications Suite, but adds support for moisture-density (Proctor) tests in addition to support for grain size distribution and Atterberg limits tests and soil classification. All standards listed above, plus ASTM D 698, D 1557 and D 4718, AASHTO T 99 and T 180, and California Test Method 216.

Swell/Consolidation

ASTM D 2435 and D 4546 (parts A and B). Standard support for importing files created by common data acquisition systems.

Triaxial Shear, Direct Shear and Unconfined Compression

ASTM D 2166, D 2850, D 3080, D 4767 and Corps of Engineers test procedures. Standard support for importing data acquisition files.
