DOS PROGRAM YEAR 2000 COMPATIBILITY

Note that the following notes does not constitute any
warranty beyond that given in our standard license agreement. These notes
cover programs no longer supported by GEOSYSTEM Software (CONS, LIMITS,
LOGDRAFT, DTR_C and DTR_D): no further technical support will be provided
on these packages.
- MS-DOS versions of CONS, SHEAR, CBR, LBR and LIMITS have an option
to print the date at the top of the their summary page:
the year will be incorrect after 12/31/99; however, most of these programs
also include an option to turn the date printing off. Please note
that this minor problem in no way compromises the program's calculated
results or final (chart) reports.
- The LOGDRAFT package's file archive facility has an option
to archive all projects older than a certain date: this option will
not work with dates after 12/31/99; the user can, however, manually
select files for archiving. Other than this minor difficulty,
the program has been found to be free of any "y2k" problems.
- A minor sorting problem has been found with some versions of the
GEOSYSTEM Daily Concrete Test Report program (DTR_C) sold
before June 12, 1998.
- A minor sorting problem has been found with some versions of the GEOSYSTEM
Daily Field Density Test Report program (DTR_D).
