GEOSYSTEM Software produces and sells geotechnical software for plotting borehole log/boring log, monitoring well installation and test pit logs, for reducing and reporting results from common geotechnical tests (including Atterberg limits, grain size distribution, moisture density, California Bearing Ratio, resistance R-value, swell/consolidation, field density and triaxial, unconfined and direct shear), and for storage and reporting of concrete and cement products strength test results. We have been producing geotechnical software since 1984: Version 1.0 of our grain size distribution and moisture density test programs will soon be 20 years old and our boring log software is now in its 17th year of production.

  • Sep.22.2008 Added GrainSize/CLSuite/LabSuite support for the Texas Department of Transportation particle classification standard and specification envelopes.
  • Sep.9.2008 Added support for Illinois Department of Transportation standards. We've just added downloadable support for the IL DOT's gradation specifications, particle classification system and textural triangle soil classification.
  • Jun.30.2008 LD4 update released. The new release corrects a bug introduced late last year that would cause error messages to be displayed after the data entry form editor was closed.
  • Jun.30.2008 CONS update released. The new release incorporates a completely rewritten GeoTac data acquisition file importer to work around problems with third-party programs interfering with the import process, along with a correction for the compression and time-rate chart display problems that occur under Vista.   • Jun.6.2008 Version 4.0.0.33 of the GrainSize, Proctor, LabSuite and CLSuite software was released today. The new release incorporates a new grain size distribution form called GSASTM that was designed to be more compatible with ASTM D 422.
