How to license QC-Density

The GEOSYSTEM Quality Control - Density program (QC-Density) is a powerful database program for reporting field density test results. It utilizes the Microsoft Jet database system (i.e., Microsoft Access) for storing and retrieving data. Two database tables are maintained by the program, one for density tests and one for Proctor tests, for ease in entering, sorting, locating, and reporting results. Built in calculations find the percent compaction, report whether the test passed or failed, and even perform the AASHTO T224 rock correction. A variety of report formats are available, from the user configurable standard form to custom reports designed using Crystal Reports.

  • If licensed in conjunction with the GEOSYSTEM Moisture Density Test software, Proctor test results are automatically available while entering field density data
  • Choose from a variety of supplied report formats, or design your own
  • You do not need to purchase Microsoft Access to use the system
  • Can automatically add specifications to each test entered
  • Setup options for US or metric units, fonts, table sizes, etc.
  • Complex custom forms are available from GEOSYSTEM Software
  • Sort and find options
  • Several convenient ways to select tests to be reported
  • Can print envelopes or mailing labels along with the report
  • Be sure to check out the Field Density user manual (600kb, Acrobat Reader required) and to request a demo CD
  • Product Data Sheet (PDF): QC-Density Data Sheet (Acrobat Reader required)
